Most training-lab vendors make you book a sales call to learn what anything costs. Our rate card is on this page - real dollars, published overage rates, and a calculator that prices a class from the numbers you already plan one with.

A platform fee, plus a meter you can read

Every plan is a monthly platform fee with an allowance of weighted VM-days. One weighted VM-day = one student lab VM existing on one scheduled class day. A Standard machine (2 vCPU / 4 GB) counts 1.0; bigger machines weigh in proportion to their size. An 8-student class with 2 Standard VMs each for 5 days is 80 weighted VM-days - the same math on your quote and on our invoice.

  • Only student lab machines count - instructors and admins are always free
  • Invited-but-absent students cost nothing
  • Unused allowance rolls forward for 90 days, up to one month's allowance
  • Overage bills at the published per-day rate - no surprise invoices
  • The usage dashboard shows the projected invoice before anything bills

weight = max(vCPU / 2, RAM GB / 4), never below 1.0 - the profiles are example points on the formula, and most class VMs are 1.0x.

Occasional classes sit comfortably on Starter; a monthly cadence usually earns its keep on Growth.
